Well it depends on enviroment you are looking at creating. Personally I like RPG's so for me it would be the medieval and perhaps asia or autumnal packs. I have a few of his as well and they are awesome.

I make open world games similar to RPG's but I also like to make shooters. I have an idea for a shooter taking place in a location similar to that of the one in the iPhone puzzle game Framed, exept in the future so I've been leaning a little towards his Dark City pack.

My recommendation is to start coding the game without pretty assets. Get a prototype up and running so you can test gameplay. Iterate. Iterate some more. Then after a ton of work, you'll have a better idea of what art you need.

There is no point in buying artwork you won't end up needing. You may get half way through on a project and realize that you'd rather do it science fiction instead of swords and sorcery. Or you may get half way through and quit.

More than once I've seen art or code assets purchased that never made it into a product because they were purchased at a point of "I think this is what we will use" and not "I know this is what we'll use".

If you do feel you have to have pretty in the game in order to keep yourself motivated (and I can understand that completely), I would recommend starting with one environment pack that best suits the game you are creating. If it's a dungeon crawler, get a dungeon set. If it's primarily outdoors, get some nice generic trees and bushes. Just make sure to pick something that is not so specific that you couldn't use it later if you change your mind on this project.

Note: This isn't a comment about Manufactura K4's products, which are very attractive. This is just a general recommendation.

Pretty much what @Socrates said. It depends on what game you want it for.

But if you just want to know which is best, I've heard and seen good things about his midieval environment pack.

Ok, I think I'm gonna go with the dark city one and the autumn one, maybe the winter or nature one as well

I was wondering what you think of the Nature Pack 2.0 and Tropical Nature pack, I think I will buy one of those.

Not to mention you may catch the assets on sale while you're prototyping.

I don't own either of them.
But from what I've seen you can't really go wrong with Michael O's assets.

If you don't need them right away, periodically they go on sale in the asset store seasonal sales. My guess is another seasonal sale should be coming soon, since the last one was several weeks ago. Possibly one of Michael's many art packs will be in it.

Also, keep in mind most model packs currently in the store are built for the 4.0 series of Unity, not Unity 5.0 (with physically based shading).

To echo others, buy stuff that matches what you want to make. Recommendations from random strangers on the Internet won't help you make what you want to make, and the best assets in the world are useless to you if they don't fit with your project.

Unless you don't have a project yet, in which case go with whatever inspires you most and/or gives you the most to play with... and then get ready to spend more soon!
