Cant build locally due to error 503, Service Unavailable

    2017 3.0 getting this error

    WebException: The remote server returned an error: (503) Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity.
    System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus (System.Net.WebAsyncResult result)
    System.Net.HttpWebRequest.SetResponseData (System.Net.WebConnectionData data)
    UnityEditor.BuildPlayerWindow:BuildPlayerAndRun()

    https://status.cloud.unity3d.com/ shows Cloud Diagnostics down (Scheduled Maintenance). I did sign out of Unity and the build worked, so its most likely related to Cloud Diagnostics.

    At least according to this thread, the issue should not be happening if the server is down: https://forum.unity.com/threads/cant-build-while-perf-is-down.497810/

    I do have a copy of the unity log I can send to an Admin if needed.

    This error/behavior wasn't expected but the service is now out of maintenance so you should no longer be seeing this error. Let us know if you continue to see this problem. We will look further into the cause.
