    Hi...

Just thought, why can't I install OSX and Xcode etc on a virtual-machine in the hope of exporting from unity to test my game on my new iPad, but haven't been able to as I don't have a functioning mac device to install the dev tools on etc... so please advise, thanks

I haven't researched too much into this, but my understanding is the very latest hackintosh versions might work, but very slowly. If I'm not mistaken though, it is technically kind of sort of not legal maybe? But yeah I've seen evidence that suggests it is possible. You didn't hear it from me :p

Here's the part where I suggest you purchase a mac mini or something, and save yourself the trouble of jumping through hoops to get that working, if it works at all.

Edit: I guess if your really determined, here's some info -

You can also use the Cloud Build service to do the building and just use VirtualBox for anything else.
