Question Cant adjust light parameters

hi there, using 2022.2.14 with HDRP, and a strange problem has started to happen, in that none of the parameters in any of the lights in the scene can be changed, like intensity, shadow inputs etc. this happens also with new lights placed on the scene, and with all lights. I've tried restarting the editor, replacing the HDRP asset. has this happens to anyone? or has anyone any ideas why this is happening?

 

Yes, it's a bug in 2022.2.14. I had to go back to 2022.2.13
