Can't add trees nor details to my terrain

Hi, I recently started a new Unity project and wanted to make an open world with unity terrains, I try to add tree prefabs, detail meshes or detail textures but no window shows up to select the tree prefab as it should.

Things I tried:
- First trying HDRP 2020.3.11f1
- HDRP 2021.1.15f1
- Built-in 2021.1.15f1
- Built-in 2020.3.11f1
None of these worked

Do you get an error in the

Console

when clicking on Add Tree?

I've also got the same issue. I click on add tree, and no popup appears to select the tree prefab to add. I get no errors in the console. Version 2020.3.11f1

I clicked refreshed a bunch of times and it worked
