can't access unity projects

    Hi,

    Out Unity account expired (one of them) that we used for some projects with Unity Teams. Unfortunately now we can't even download projects to back them up on a local machine without seeing this. Is there a way to download them without having to buy a subscription to unity teams.

    Hi @RegisVe, I'm sorry that your account expired. If you have other users in your Organization then you should be able to grant up to three of them a Teams Basic seat (which is available for free) from the Unity ID page, who can then log into the Hub to download the Projects that you would like to backup.
