Cant Access Unity Collab Project

    So my teammate set up a unity collab and added me to it he gave me a seat and all of that so that when I opened unity hub the project appeared. But I cannot open the project because there is an error when I click on the yellow triangle a button appears saying get unity teams I click the button and it brings up a web page that says unity teams is set up but when I refresh unity hub or anything like that nothing happens! Please help thank you.

    Hi @justhere456, could you open a Support ticket with our team so that we can investigate this issue further?
    1. Go to https://developer.cloud.unity3d.com/
    2. Go to your Project that you're having issues with.
    3. In the left nav bar, expand the Collaborate section and click on Support.
    4. On the Support page, click on the "Open a ticket" button and submit your info.
