Can't access my certification or badge

    After passing the UCP exam, I didn't receive any email from Pearson or Unity. I tried the link Unity provided (https://www.certmetrics.com/unity/login.aspx) and I can't register because that site doesn't send any emails.

    Currently I can't access my certification(which I need urgently) and badge, even though I passed the exam (I have access to the score report).

    Anyone have any workaround for this? The whole system seems very outdated.
