Bug Cannot upgrade from Unity Hub 2.3.2 >> 2.4.1

    Click >> Hub closes >> nothing happens. Does not "restart" as expected.

    I manually open it back up >> it's back to the same screen (2.3.2).

    *Trying to run/restart as admin does not workaround.
