Cannot submit changes in collaborate due to mysql error

    We are currently unable to submit any changes due to collaborate returning a large error that starts like this:

    [Collab] ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: Mysql2::Error::TimeoutError: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction: INSERT INTO `recent_files` (`repo_id`,`md5`,`size`,`created_at`,`updated_at`)

    Are any services currently down?
