Cannot serve Brotli compressed WebGL on Apache2

    I've been trying to serve brotli content from my apache2 server for about 2 days now and cannot get it to work. Gzip works fine so I know the htaccess overrides are working. I would like to know if anyone has had success using brotli compressed webgl builds yet and if there is anything extra I need to do on a brand new install of apache2 (Ubuntu 18)?

    Here is my .htaccess file (placed in the build folder)
