    Hi,

Me and my colleague has worked for months on a project and most of the time not encountered problems,
however for some reason when we wanted to download the project on a new computer today, it is not showing in neither my colleagues nor mine "In The Cloud" from the Unity Hub. We can see it's in the list on the following link: https://developer.cloud.unity3d.com/projects/ however seemingly we cant download from here...

We're both assigned to be owners of the project and neither of us can get retrieve it from the In The Cloud. What gives?

When you select your project and check the Collab section, does it have the option to 'Enable Unity Collaborate'? This happened to us a few times over the last couple of days (even though we've been using collab for quite a while) and I wasn't able to see the project in the cloud until I clicked that button.

Hi @Katjua! It sounds like you and your colleague are running into the same issue that @ChaosResolution pointed out. In some instances, Collab turns itself off for some projects when it encounters poor network conditions. We currently have a fix in trunk and are working on the backport to 2018.4. You can track its progress in https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/product/unity/issues/guid/1095539/ (the link may take a couple hours to become active).
