New Forum User Notice Update to the Unity Editor Software Terms

Cannot see PlayStation Mobile in target platforms

    1. I registered PSM account and got Publisher license
    2. I installed Publishing Utility for Unity and generated publishing key
    3. I installed PlayStation Mobile Development Assistant for Unity on Vita
    4. Plugged in Vita to PC
    5. Started Unity and loaded my project, hit File -> Build Settings...

    ...and there is no PlayStation Mobile in Platforms list. What did I miss?
    I'm using Unity Free 4.3.4f1
