Cannot run mono sockpol.exe on Mac

    On a fresh install of Unity 3.4.2 on Mac Lion, I am trying to run the socket policy server that comes with it.

    Despite the instructions in the documentation to "just type mono sockpol.exe", I presumably need to add it to my path. After doing that, I get a strange error -- unedited, it is:
    The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
    It should have been installed in the `/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/1234567890/lib/mono/2.0/mscorlib.dll' directory.    ​

    In case it isn't obvious, those are not directories on my system. So, what is going on and how can I get it to run?
