Cannot perform upm operation: Unable to add package []

Well the error message is clear, it cannot login using a GIT URL.
I am trying with working package repo.

1. pageant is running > ssh key loaded > if using SourceTree no issue while pulling.
2. added the GIT_SSH variable to the Environment Variables.



3. Still Unity shows the following message while adding git package to UPM.

Any idea?

In the case of after changing environment variables, (GIT_SSH), you'll need to restart both the Hub and the Editor. https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/upm-git.html#Git-SSH

We're still a bit stumped with regards to what the issue might be here so a bug report would be immensely helpful. Are you able to provide one and let me know of the ID number so we can take a look at this in more detail?
