Bug Cannot open C# scripts in 2020.1.0b6

    I can open scripts well in 2019.3.11f1, but in 2020.1.0b6 I can't open it even if I made a brand new project.

    using Windows 10 64bit, and did nothing but installing Unity 2020.1.0b6 with Android Build Support.
    Visual Studio 2019 was already installed, and I can open the scripts through the file inspector,
    but it won't provide a connection(auto-completion) with UnityEngine.
    in Unity Preferences, External Tool is correctly set to Visual Studio 2019 (Community)

    there's no error on Console, it just doesn't do anything
