Cannot install Unity with Unity Hub 2.0.2 on Mac

    I tried to install Unity 2019.1.8f1 with Unity Hub 2.0.2 on my mac. It seems that download is succeeded but install failed. The last part of Library/Application Support/UnityHub/logs/info-log.json is below:

    Same issue here. I want to add new Unity and Unity Hub just doing nothing. I mean the download does not start.

    Ok found it. Please when you select path where to install unity you accidentally add \n at the end and then the installation fails.

    Hello, From the logs I can tell that the problem comes from the installation path you chose. Can you please go to the general preferences and set a new installation path and click on "save" and then try again the unity install ?

    Do not choose the hub directory as a path for installing editors, try something else... You should receive an error when you set the hub path as an installation path.

    It does not make sense for me because it used be working in recent versions of Unity Hub without setting installation path...

    Anyway, set the path to ~/Unity/Editor solved the problem on my mac. On windows, it worked without any setting changes.

    Hey,

    I have the same problem and no solution seems to work for me.
    Even after changing the path (To a path exterior to the hub) and reinstalling unity hub.

    EDIT : After switching to a stable wifi connection it worked well. It seems that the unity hub don't really work with saturated wifi connection

    I have the same problem; however, after changing the destination folder to a couple different options (~/Unity/Editor and /Applications/Unity/Editor), it's still not installing correctly. The tail on the log is:

    Wifi is not a problem. Please note that the user I am using to install is not an admin, but rather a standard user. Is that a potential issue?
