Cannot install 4.3 on OS X 10.9 "You need to have administrative privileges..."

    "...to install this software".
    I will happily type my admin password but it never asks me to.
    I googled a bit and the only solutions I could find was to extract the .pkg and change some value in a .plist file though there is no such file inside the archive.
    "sudo open unity.pkg" and "sudo installer -pkg unity.pkg /" don't work.

    what do?

    Hey there!

    It's happening the same thing to me :(
    Any idea what could be? It's the first time I have issues (since Unity 1.x) to install Unity on my Mac.

    Just to say that it worked after a reboot :)
