    Hello,

I'm using Unity 2019.3.0f6 currently, and would like to update my TextMesh Pro to 2.1.0-preview.3, and install Addressables 1.6.2. However, I couldn't find either of them in my package manager: latest for TMP is 2.0.1, and Addressables is 1.1.10.

    I tried all these things:
    - Check "Show Preview Packages" from package manager
    - Refresh the list, reopen package manager, restart Unity
    - Run the UPM Diagnostics tool (which passes all 6 checks)
    - Set a proxy before launching hub
    - Manually change manifest.json and restart (editor shows an error saying those package versions cannot be found)
    - Upgrade to 2019.3.2f1 (same results)

The really weird thing is, another project of mine runs on 2019.1.8f1, and that editor (on the same machine) can see those latest package versions. This should mean my network connection is fine. I can't downgrade this project to 2019.1.8f1 though so that doesn't help with my problem.

I looked through the documentation and this forum, and couldn't really find an answer. Any help is much appreciated!

Created a new project and made a comparison item by item, finally found what was wrong: in the early days of the project, for some reason we pointed manifest.json's registry to https://staging-pacakges.unity.com, which is obviously behind on the updates. Removed that registry setting, and now everything works just fine.
