Cannot find ecs package

    Dunno if it's in the right forum but I can't find the option to show the preview packages nor ECS on the package list in the latest alpha version of the editor

    Go to Edit>Project Settings>Package Manager and enable preview packages.

    DOTS packages are listed here.
    I think the essential ECS ones will all get loaded if you install the Entities package, but you may have to install the Hybrid Renderer seperately, I can't remember.
    Have a look and see which apply to you.

    It was moved to settings, previously it was in the package manager. In my opinion, it was a better solution.

    tabest's link provides a few ways, but because I'm lazy and I'll find this thread again, specifically for ecs:

    the easiest way pre 1.0 of ECS is to click "+" then add by name, "com.unity.entities"
