Cannot download editor from unity hub

    Every time I try to download unity from unity hub it comes up with an error message that says "error while executing the installer". I did not download any other components and just the editor. This has become more bothersome now that unity hub is the only way to download unity.

    you can still download an installer. I noticed that the installation doesn't work when you block google analytics.
    Analytics should be opt-in in the first place, please fix that.

    how do i opt in to google analytics?

    you can't it isn't optional. It only a problem when you block analytics with a firewall

    The report button in unity hub does not work too

    I am currently using unity hub 1.6.2 which should be the latest version and on windows 10.

    Hi,

    Would it be possible for you to try with the Hub v2 (currently in beta)? We are currently reaching the release candidate phase and would like to validate if this affects our latest version of the Hub.

    I have updated to hub 2.0.0 and the same bugs still occur

    Ok, well since you're unable to use the bug reporter could you send me your logs (via direct message) so we can investigate further? They can be found at the location below on Windows:

    <user-directory>\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs

    The other log file was too large to upload so I had to upload it to google drive.
