Cannot download Cloud project

Hello, I have a problem with collab and cloud project. I am in a organization and I have the user seat assigned for the project, but the project is nowhere to be found in the Unity hub or editor cloud projects.

Any thoughts on why is this happening? Please help, since me and the owner of the team tried every solution possible

I was having a similar issue trying to access my project saved on the Cloud. I was trying to access the project through Unity Hub and it was nowhere to be found. However, I was able to find the project by accessing it through Unity. I double clicked on the Unity Icon (not the Unity Hub one) and accessed Unity without going through the Hub. The option to download projects "In the Cloud" appeared and after logging into my account, I was able to find my project saved on the cloud.
