Cannot Build Project :(

    whenever i try to build my windows game , it always brings up this stupid error , i've been trying to figure this bug out for 4 hours and was wondering if any of u guys have a fix for it.
    no i can't delete Temp cause i dont have complete admin perms which i thought was stupid.

    This is not your computer? You should have admin permissions, unless it is a school computer or similar.
