Cannot build in Unity v2019.1.10f1

    I just upgraded to Unity v2019.1.10f1, and I can no longer build to Android. I cannot make sense of the error log. Any ideas?

    I'm getting the same error with Unity 2019.1.10f1 trying to build armv7 and arm64 for android.
    Identical project and settings work fine with Unity 2019.1.9f1.

    Same, and even re-installing 2019.1.8 / 2019.1.9, these also no longer work, as if the core Android NDK / SDK have been updated for all builds?
