Cannot archive cloud project

Our organisation admin cannot archive one of our old cloud projects ('VR Test 2'). Probably because we switched organisations, and this project is from an old account that doesn't exist anymore. Yet, it still shows up in the Unity Hub and in the Unity Online Services page.

Can someone from Unity please remove this old project? We aren't allowed to anymore.
