Cannot add a node in shadergraph in Unity 2021.1.22f1

    The option "Create Node" in the shader graph editor fails to open a window/panel. I already reset the layouts, use default layout, ... you know the usual stuff when you miss a misplaced window.
    This is on Ubuntu and it worked in 2020.3.*
