Cannot access project on Unity Hub through Unity Teams.

I have been added to someone else's organization. I have a Unity Team membership - or at least I just signed for the Free 30 day trial. The project is showing in my hub, but it is grayed out with a yellow exclamation point that prompts get Unity Teams ...which I have. In my Unity account the organization appears and it says I am a "user" in the organization. I can also see the other members in the organization. However, in my account when I go to Colloborate > Get Aceess, it says a I need a Unity Teams seat. The owner of the organization can also see me as a "user." I'm pretty sure that the owner of the organization already did these steps too:

The organization owner/manager needs to go to:

1) https://id.unity.com
2) Click on the organization that the project is in
3) Select their Unity Teams subscription
4) In the "Manage Seats" tab, assign you a seat.

Any ideas? Help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
