Can you tell me the ram amounts of the devices in the high, medium and low spectrum?

these 2 are different subjects. The first one is answered with a very good approach, but I still need this one to be answered.

After a simple test with some devices, I believe the answer is
2-3gb low, 4-6gb medium 7-16gb high end devices.
