Discussion Can we please get this new injection point in HDRP 14?

    At night time, we render some pretty nice stars using VFX, in a custom pass. We also use LOCAL volumetric clouds. In HDRP 14, since the volumetric clouds are drawn right after the background (sky), we can only render the stars OVER the clouds, which obviously looks ridiculous and incorrect.

    I notice that HDRP 15 has a new injection point between the sky and clouds, which solves our problem beautifully. But, we are on 2022.3.x LTS (HDRP 14) and for various reasons cannot move to 2023 right now.

    I don't believe in bribery, but I will literally buy someone at Unity a coffee if you can somehow backport this injection point to HDRP 14.
