Can you override items in the context menu and the top menu bar to, for example, use a custom version of your own prefab when creating a new UI element? Alternatively, if I'm able to just hide specified built-in items so I can replace them with my own, that'll work, too.

The idea is that we want to create a set of base elements that all of our UI is built from, and to avoid any of the junior developers on the team accidentally using the built-in items instead and styling them manually, it'd be nice to lock out any way they could add a default element instead of our custom one.
