Is it possible to use the caching option in SBP to make the RebuildSpriteAtlasCache step faster?
Our project is rather big, and this step takes a few minutes long. Is there any way to optimize this ?

RebuildSpriteAtlasCache already has an internal (to the sprite system) caching system. If you are using Sprite Atlas v1, I would suggest trying out Sprite Atlas v2. Main difference is v1 uses it's own on disk file cache while v2 uses the Asset Database v2's dependency and caching system which has had quite a few iterations and improvements made to it in recent versions.
