¿Can we add "Android Content Tags" on Unity ?

"Android apps should aim to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities."

I had a problem suggestion by android play console that says "This item may not have a label that can be read by a screen reader".

¿How can I add content tags or labels, to all my app buttons via Unity?, so it can be more accesible.
¿Or is it possible?
