can vuforia track 3D objects (not image target) with unity 2017.2?

And, where can i find information about it?
I remember time ago vuforia has a object scanner. but i cant find actual info about it.

There are no current plans for expanding the device availability for the Object Scanner app.

how i can track large object like buildings?
