Can unity-editor export Xcode with "yellow" folders instead of blue??

    1 Files of same names but in different sub folders (like Plugins/a.c and Plugins/somefolder/a.c) would report an error while build to Xcode.
    2, So I want copy them in postProcess in editor script (API like pbxproject ), but when I copy them out to Xcode, they are "blue" folders in Xcode. I want them to be "yellow". Any api could do it??

    Unity version is 2017.4.31

    Any way to fix 1 ?? If 1 is fixed, 2 would not be necessary.
