Can Unity 2018.3 content be played on smartphone web browsers?

Hi, we are new to Unity and hope someone can help. We want to create a living room scene (arch) in 3D VR, but then we want that content to be played/displayed on Chrome, Safari, etc on smartphone web browsers. Does Unity support mobile web browsers?

If not, then is there a way to do that with at all?

 

3D and VR are different. If you truly want VR, it requires a VR headset (Oculus Rift, VIVE, PSVR, et al) to view.
