    Library\PackageCache\com.unity.package-manager-ui@1.9.11\Editor\Sources\UI\Common\LoadingSpinner.cs(20,28): warning CS0109: The member 'LoadingSpinner.UxmlFactory' does not hide an accessible member. The new keyword is not required. how do i fix that ??

    I'd start by closing your project, then deleting the folder \Library\PackageCache that exists in your project's directory. That will hopefully download new packages, and I'm assuming you've got some leftover package stuff that's causing some issues maybe.
