Can sb tell me why the hell is that happen? screens included

    IDK what is wrong. maybe collider? or character controller?

    Problem is that When player is running into this red shirt guy player push guy and Player go through guy. There is collision but i want player to stop when he is going into this guy like into wall.

    Try putting a capsule collider on the angry little man in the red shirt and one on the player. Their arms may still animate outside the collider but you could make a script to lerp the camera away to keep a minimum distance from the meshes so it doesn't end up inside them.
    It looks as though you already have a capsule collider on the player but looks like it would not encompass a virtual player. Make it as tall as a virtual player and with a greater radius.

    Hmmm... I tried it before but now i think that it probaly becouse of speed of player couse when i just tapping "w" not holding then i dont go through enemy guy. It can be true? or sth near it?

    Ok, I slower player a bit and put enemy in empty game objecct with capsule collider and now its good. ty

    Your player capsule collider looks like it only goes around where the players head would be. Not all the way to the ground and little radius. Perhaps look at that too.
