New Forum User Notice Update to the Unity Editor Software Terms

Can not install unity editor and sign-in after update 2.2.1 from 2.2.0

    Today I update Unity HUB to 2.2.1 from 2.2.0.
    After that I can not sign-in HUB and can not install unity editor from hub.

    And I can not report this bug report from "Unity Hub Bug Reporter"...
