    I'm using Unity 2022.2.b14 and HDRP 14.0.3

I can't enable shadow map on the light

The option is available, but I can't enable it. I click, nothing happens.

Shadows are enabled in the settings:

Though, the strange thing here is when I click Show Cascades, the scene gets black and white, no cascade colors:

So, I'm kinda confused. What's wrong here? What should I do to being able to enable the shadows in the light, and why doesn't it show cascades?

    Edit:

    More observations:

I can't change light intensity for any lights.

All the strange behaviors mentioned in this post remain even if I create a new clean HDRP project. In the same time I can create a clean project in 2022.2.b13 on another computer, and everything works normally, without any issues.

    Edit2:

Ok, I installed 2022.2.b14 on another computer, created a clean hdrp project. The bug is there. While starting a scene in 2022.2.b13 works normally. Conclusion: it's a bug in 2022.2.b14.

    Edit3:

Yea, as expected, opening project in 2022.2.b13 makes everything work.
