Can not connect to SCE server

    Each time I try and build to the vita I get the error: Unable to regenerate keys

    then it asks me to login which i do and i get the following popup error:

    Failed to get Publisher Key information

    System error: (-2138107614), 0x808F1122

    HTTPS communications with the SCE server failed. etc

    Been trying to get the working for ages now as game is good to go. So frustrating

    OK so if anyone else is getting this issue go to player settings in unity and click launch publishing utility. Within the utility go to file proxy and set to no proxy and it should work
