Can no longer run Alpha builds with latest Hub

    Hub updated itself and I installed the latest 2019.3a12 release, and now get license error dialogs when creating new projects.

    Alpha builds worked fine before.
    How can I get them working again?

    I was able to download an older alpha version (2019.3a11) and that works fine.
    So it's a problem w that a12 release.
