Can no longer access courseware after completing chapter 20

    After I completed chapter 20 of the Zombie Toys Courseware, I am unable to go back to any of the content. My 30 days is not up. A am able to log in and attempt to access, however, i am presented with a very slow loading screen with PREV and NEXT buttons and a MUTE button and a loading icon. example image is here: http://imgur.com/a/5vFSx
