Can I use unity and asset store assets for commercial video making?
My clients need to make sure the video I make is 100% owned by me and copyright safe.

If your clients are that concerned I would think asking on a forum wouldn't satisfy them at all. Here are the main license agreements. Aside from any assets with custom license agreements these should cover everything they need to know.

They are not concerned, I need to sign an agreement that makes sure I take the blame when there is any issue.
So it is more like I am concerned.

Make sure that client understands tools you are using.

If you are using assets, read their licence.
As long you comply with them and client only receives compiled end product, it is like distributing a game to players, even using many 3rd party assets, from example asset store.

However, your client may expect the full source code and the project files. This means, you must comply with the assets, as usually you can not share them to other parties, unless the party has purchased the licence of the asset too.

So again, read carefully assets licences.

Also, make sure you read about Unity version licences.

Yeah, they will only receive the videos. And then they will use the videos for commercial purpose.
Obviously the video will not be just the demonstration of the assets. So if my understanding is correct, it will be ok. But signing those agreements makes me nervous.
