Hi! I was wondering if I could use the sound contents of a sound pack asset I purchased in the Asset Store for my own complete project that I'm going to sell... Is it fine or illegal? I don't wanna go into troubles :D. Thanks in advance!

It's not allowed as its basically just like reselling his asset.
But you can contact him, maybe he will give you permission to use 1 or more sounds for your asset but dont count on it.

By the way, it's a sound pack asset... I understand that using a sound from other kinds of asset like a complete project template for use with another asset is not a good thing. But because it's a sound pack, then maybe I'm in the right track?

    It still stays illegal.
Actually the question is a little awkward.
With your way of argumentation you could buy 10 different sound packs, pick one sample from each, and sell those as a new asset with no own work.

Ok so even if I pick a single sound from a sound pack that I've purchased then include it on my complete project asset that I'm going to sell, it's still illegal? Well then maybe I should just get/purchase sounds outside the Asset Store...

I dont think that you will find other license models, that would allow that. At least I dont know any.
You simply try to resell unaltered data and it does not matter how big the ratio between your own and the rest content is.
Ask for a exlicit permission form the asset seller as ElroyUnity said. That will be the only chance, or simply use completly free sounds with the proper license that allows that.
