Can I use the assets Form the assets store for my paid apps in the scrips? ( scripts models textures)

Well, you could just read the terms of use for the asset store and you would've known the answer 2 hours ago.

You can do anything you want with the assets except, reselling them individually or in an asset pack / sharing them with other people.
As long as they are included in a unity game everything is OK. You are free to do whatever you want with the final product.
