Can I use shaders to quickly try out different art styles?

On the Instagram mobile app, people can quickly apply different filters on their photo to see what kind of style they like? How do you achieve something similar to that in Unity for 3D game assets? Shaders? Material? Camera?

In terms of instagram filter, that would just be adjusting the Tone Mapping and Vignette in your Post Processing settings. (Such as the settings applied to a Post Processing Volume in Unity's Post Processing V2 from the Package Manager).

For altering the shading of just specific objects, you can play around with ShaderGraph from the Package Manager to create unique shaders that give a look you want. But there's not really preset "filters" so to speak.
