Hello! I am creating a game in unity, and I am not good at modelling, so I downloaded the models and they are licensed under Creative Commons Non-Commercial Use. I looked it up, and basically this means you cannot use the models for financial gain. I was going to make the game for free on steam, and I just wanted to make sure I was allowed to use it. Also, how can I credit the people who made the models? I have the Cites listed in a google doc, and I have one in this post below:
"Low-Poly M1911" (https://skfb.ly/6uySS) by TastyTony is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/)
Would I credit them in the rolling credits or something like that? Any help would be great!

If you make credits only available at the end of the game, I don't think you are fully complying with the license. Last time I looked at one, the wording typically says it should easily be available should the player want to look, and after beating the game is not that. Instead, you should have something available on the main menu, or at the least on a "help" menu that leads to the credits.

As far as actually displaying them, it's up to you and what best fits your game. Something that scrolls is fine. Some static text label is also fine. If you were doing a Star Wars parody, the extreme angle scrolling text that happens at the beginning of those films could also work. The point is simply to be sure that the text is in some way somehow displayed to the player at any point the player wants to look for it.

If it's me, I put something inside AND outside the game, and if the list is short, I wouldn't see anything wrong with putting it in the steam listing itself. If the list is long, I'd still put a little note in the steam listing saying to look at the credits screen for details.
