Can I use art assets from Unity sample projects in demo scenes inside my Asset Store submissions?

Hi,
I would like to slightly modify a scene from Unity sample project and use it to demonstrate my asset submitted on Asset Store.
I mean using exact copies of some of the the textures and meshes, and using some copies modified.

Obviously I have to prevent any conflicts if someone has the original Unity samples inside the project, so these assets are duplicates with new file guids.

Is that allowed?
