Question Can I run OpenXR on HTC Vive and Valve Index without Steam VR?

    We are publishing the game on a platform where there is no VR yet, and they need information about the programs that are needed to run the game. The project uses OpenXR, and if everything is clear with the oculus (oculus application), is it possible to run HTC Vive and Valve Index without using Steam VR?
