Can I find Full Projects to reverse engineer for learning purposes?

Hi I am very new to Unity and really want to make a first person game in the style of Puppet Combo, Chilla’s Art and the guy who made Fears to Fathom. I know I’m in the beginning stages but I am slightly frustrated with trial and error and I have 0 knowledge in scripting. I have made the most progress buy using templates and analyzing the various components and how they are built. My main question is can I find full downloadable projects close to the style I’m going for and reverse engineer them to use them in my game? I’m willing to put the time into it.
